1.Cannot detect the device when flashing Firmware:
*Pls check if you press restore button.
2.Unable to use Google Store Play after networking:
*Please check if Google Store Play upgrading, Login after the upgrade is completed.
3.Find the firmware version no update after flashing Firmware:
*Pls entery setting-reset factory and click, then the firmware version update.
4.When use keyboard&mouse kits with the device, Find it is other when click some option :
* If you choose some option by keyboard, pls click "enter" on the keyboard, don't use mouse to confirm the choose.
5.Wired network cannot be connected after static IP is set:
*Please operate by this way: setting--network & internet--ethernet--ethernet ip mode--static ip--DNS1, input correct DNS, such as 
8.8.8.8.
